"SnakeSkins" are a patented instant stuff sack system designed to collapse your Hennessy Hammock in just about 30 seconds. With this system, your shelter never touches the ground, ensuring it stays clean and mud-free. The hammock simply disappears into two tapering tubes made of silnylon, which are gathered on the ropes at each end of the hammock for quick set up and take down. This system is compatible with all Hennessy Hammock models.

The 70D poly hex fly requires an additional pair of SnakeSkins, as the hex fly is bulkier than the standard rainflies. The dimensions of the SnakeSkins are 2 x 84" long, or 420 cm, and they are made of 30D silnylon and 70D Silnylon. The color available is Coyote brown, and the packed weight is 3.2 oz, or 90 g.
